| Management
Analyst:
Duties:
Business Analysis: Perform business analyses,
review business processes, recommend improvements in business processes, identify area where management systems
can offer benefits and develop information systems whenever necessary. By using managerial statistic to analyze
complex systems or process problems and identify processes that can perform more efficiently or more accurately.
These included internal control and operation management. Report the analysis and recommend the best solutions
to management. Development of Functional Systems: Develop functional systems to solve the problems and provide
alternatives and options to resolve and improve. Perform documentation for job work instructions, standard
operation procedures and process flow diagrams for all internal operations. Plan budget and timetable for
functional systems development. Recommend functional system developmental plan and report the process to
management.
Employees Training:
Confer with managers and supervisors and identify for employee
training needs such as work skills, updated knowledge of optical products and optical market development, and
financial information processing. Plan, design, and coordinate training programs for employees in work
environment, proper handling of customers, updated information of optical products and optical market
development, and healthy labor relations. Recommend and invite proper instructors and training providers.
Research and compare proper outside training sources. Prepare budget, plan, schedule training sessions, and
arrangement of facility and equipment. Evaluate results and effectiveness of the programs. Report to management
about preparation and budget for the programs.
Education Requirement:
Master of Business Administration
or related field
Experience Requirement:
1 year of management experience
